How do I store my solid perfume?
You can store it in the same way as your personal hygiene things, you can carry it in your bag, backpack or leave it in the bathroom. We recommend not exposing it to direct sunlight and in case of staying in a place with high temperatures such as inside a car in midsummer, keeping it in a flat position so that when it cools it returns to its original shape.
How is solid perfume used?
Run a finger through the solid perfume and apply it to the pulse points, neck and wrists. These points, having a higher temperature, will release the aroma and will allow you to enjoy the perfume in each movement.
How long does a solid MOTUMI perfume last?
With frequent use the container can last from 4 to 5 months, however, if you use it more sporadically it can last 7 months.

We design and build our MOTUBOX to last a lifetime. If your MOTUBOX is accidentally damaged, contact us and we will replace it with one of the same characteristics immediately, as long as we can verify that it has not been intentionally damaged for replacement.

We have the Try it at home section where you can request a sample of our three collections: Glamor (woman), Elements (man) and Masterpiece (unisex) that costs € 5, so you can try them at home and choose the fragrance that more like it. They will be accompanied by a discount code of the same amount to be discounted on the next purchase.
When is my order processed?
The customer can choose the type of shipment. Orders received will be processed and shipped on the next business day and will arrive at your home between 48h and 72h after processing and depending on availability.

I have received an item in poor condition, where can I contact?
If the order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us via chat or email at perfumes@motumi.com and we will solve it as soon as possible. There is a 30-day period for testing the chosen perfume, since we are the first to know that the fragrance is totally subjective to each person. If it is not to your liking, send it back to us and we will proceed to change it for another choice. (Subject to a change per customer. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer)
